Unable to locate a valid authentication statement.

Summary

The SP and IdP are communicating properly at the network level, but the SP did not find a valid SAML authentication statement in the response from the IdP.

Possible Causes and Solutions

  • The authentication statement was invalid because of its security time contraints. Check whether time synchronisation (NTP) is working properly at the SP (and the IdP).
