Summary
The SP and IdP are communicating properly at the network level, but the SP did not find a valid SAML authentication statement in the response from the IdP.
Possible Causes and Solutions
The authentication statement was invalid because of its security time contraints. Check whether time synchronisation (NTP) is working properly at the SP (and the IdP).
