Shibboleth 2 Demonstration Sites

These publicly available, interactive demonstration resources are useful for learning about Shibboleth and demonstrating its use to new communities. Each relies on a functional deployment.

• SWITCHaai: The Swiss Education & Research Network has prepared an excellent step-by-step demo with pictures and instructions.
• TestShib SP: The TestShib SP and IdP may be used together to demonstrate single sign-on. Just enter https://idp.testshib.org/idp/shibboleth on the front page and follow along.
• IdM Integration: IdMi has a pre-configured Shibboleth demo available for download http://idmintegration.com/training/.  The demo includes an IdP and two SP VMs that can be used to learn how federated authentication works without requiring the technical expertise to install Shibboleth software.
