American Chemical Society have implemented Shibboleth and have tested with the TestShibb service.  Planning to join the UK Federation. Updated August 2007.

Atypon has implemented support for Shibboleth 2.0 in both Literatum and RightSuite. Shibboleth authentication has been tested and is in production for many of Atypon's customers.

Bodington is open source software that the worldwide academic community can use for free and can contribute to its development. Bodington powers virtual learning environments in the UK and worldwide.
  Bodington is being used by educational institutions, including: University of the Highlands and Islands, University of Leeds, University of Oxford, University of Manchester, Eton College and Yorkshire Coast College.
  As of the 2.4 release series, Bodington has Shib IdP functionality out of the box. With users in the Bodington local database, you can easily manage a set of users for your IdP and can even point Bodington to authenticate those users via an external LDAP store through a simple xml configuration file. Bodington is also a very quick and easy way to test Shib IdP functions through a simple install process.
