Java socket server: The answer might lie in Spring Integration. Reading docs and looking to do a "hello world" example.
BC FIPS: I think I have a simple solution for the OP of the issue, as long as they don't actually need to do ECDH + ConcatKDF.

- sadly is not fixed, does not seem likely to be fixed, is somehow a bit specific to our build profile. Would need more investigation..sigh.

Getting on with the OIDC-RP flow.
- Looking at:
  - Nested PRC, static OP discovery, OP metadata lookup, and RP (OP in this case) config and profile (only oidc/sso/browser makes sense in this case, I think) lookup.
