The Metadata Aggregator is a multi-module Maven project held in the following repository:
https://git.shibboleth.net/git/java-metadata-aggregator
Check out an appropriate branch (e.g., master) of this project out into Eclipse and then use File | Import to convert each module into its own Eclipse project.
