allow use of PKCS#11 for XML DSIG

Description

We don't have an available bean to enable the use of PKCS#11 tokens with XMLSignatureSigningStage. Ideally, we'd introduce a factory bean into the spring-extensions project for an upcoming release of the MDA, say 0.10.0.

For now, we should implement this as a utility bean in the MDA itself, then push up the stack at the earliest opportunity.

Added PKCS11PrivateKeyFactoryBean to 0.9.x, commit 18cb6b9375630dfba2de6a33eb5fb2e23cfcb738.

Also added to spring-extensions as part of JSE-20.
