add PKCS11PrivateKeyFactoryBean

Description

To allow deployments to make use of PKCS#11 tokens for XML DSIG, it is desirable to have a Spring factory bean to construct PrivateKey objects from them.

I have been working on an implementation of this in to be shipped with MDA 0.9.x, but the proper place to ship this in the long term is in the next available release of spring-extensions.
