Create new OIDC authentication request message encoders to support the different authentication request parameter serialization methods:

1. Query String serialization

2. Form serialization

3. JSON serialization

Create a message encoder factory that returns an OIDC authentication request encoder suitable for the request serialization method specified by the profile configuration.
