The <MetadataProvider> element supports a large number of XML attributes. For convenience, these are grouped into the following categories:
Supported on all metadata provider types (with some noted exceptions)
Supported on the reloading metadata providers: ResourceBackedMetadataProvider , FilesystemMetadataProvider , and FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider
Supported on the dynamic metadata providers: DynamicHTTPMetadataProvider  and LocalDynamicMetadataProvider
Supported on the HTTP metadata providers: DynamicHTTPMetadataProvider and FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider
