    • Thinking about a convention of prefixing property names with profile URLs to define metadata tags for controlling settings

      • e.g. to set signAssertions property for SAML 2 SSO, the tag is "http://shibboleth.net/ns/profiles/saml2/sso/browser/signAssertions" and is boolean valued

      • downside is the tags are specific to us, so need to think about ways of remapping the prefix

      • upside is a single parameterized Java class could implement a lookup strategy for a bunch of basic "types" of properties (boolean, string, list of strings, durations, bean ID/references)
