Failed to startup directory context: javax.naming.NamingException: LDAP: error code 1 - TLS already started; remaining name

The JNDI "Start TLS" feature is not currently compatible with JNDI directory connection pooling. This error indicates that you have both options turned on for a particular data connector. Choose which one to disable, based on your needs, and restart the IdP.
