STATUS
- Swapping back in Encryption 1.1 spec details and reviewing Sweden Connect code. Will probably not use most of it as-is, but good to have something to compare.

- Enabling CRLs works and the settings are sanity checked, thanks to Brent.
- Ian added the latest 1.0.3 duo web sdk v4 artefact to Maven central
- Plugin hygiene
- Moving the module and plugin properties, configuration files, and implementation classes down from the impl project into the webSDK and Nimbus maven modules.
- This way they strongly become separate plugins - although there maybe other ways to do it.
- There is an assembly for each, these should now work correctly.
