The <MetadataProvider> element supports a large number of XML attributes. For convenience, these are grouped into the following categories:
- Common Attributes
- Supported on all metadata provider types (with some noted exceptions)
- Reloading Attributes
- Supported on the reloading metadata providers: ResourceBackedMetadataProvider, FilesystemMetadataProvider, and FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider
- Dynamic Attributes
- Supported on the dynamic metadata providers: DynamicHTTPMetadataProvider and LocalDynamicMetadataProvider
- HTTP Attributes
- Supported on the HTTP metadata providers: DynamicHTTPMetadataProvider and FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider
