This is a bug fix release primarily in order to correct the security issue with the Dynamic metadata plugin outlined in this advisory.
This release included a regression preventing proper refresh of metadata caused by an unrelated fix in V1.6.1 of the xmltooling library, which was subsequently corrected with the release of V1.6.2 of that library.
