Description
Looking at the directories of the IdP distribution, I noticed that starting with 2.3.7, the .md5 and .sha1 first completely disappeared, and then in 2.4.0 only .md5 was re-added. (For 2.4.1, it might make sense to have .sha256 instead of .md5.)
