canonicalization after the WebAuthn flow has been run fails in some cases

Description

Running the following code snippet in the mfa flow produces null when run after authenticating with a Yubikey but produces a username when run after authenticating with an Android phone with cross-device authentication:

FWIW with 1.1.0 I am not seeing this anymore
