Add the WebAuthn plugin to Jenkins

Description

Add the WebAuthn plugin to Jenkins such that the aritfacts are built and published to Nexus.

Ok - wired in the Jenkins jobs - the nightly should run tonight.

Decided to disable the Pipeline jobs we experimented with and just copied existing plugin jobs.

There was a test failure on Windows on the multi job.

I’ve updated to yubico-webauthn-server 5.2.1-RC and now the project is building. I think it just needs to be deployed into Nexus. are you OK to configure that part?

It looks likely they will eleminate that dependency for a 2.5.1 release soon.
