Suggest changing the support level for Versions 3.0.4

Description

According to my reading of the plugin.properties file

  • ALL versions are subject to a security advice execpt

  • 3.0.4 (marked OutOfDate) works on 4.1.0 to (but not including) 4.2.0

  • 3.4.0 (marked Current) works on 4.3.0 to (but not including) 5.0.0

  • 4.0.0 (marked Current) works on 5.0.0 onwards

Note that there doesnt appear to be any plugin that works with the 4.2* versions of the IdP.

Because of https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/IDP-2242

Please review my logic but I suggest:

  • Make 3.0,4 current (for 4.1.* users)
