Module should notate Windows and non-Windows files

Description

The module is installing both the bat and sh scripts into bin. With V5 we added property support for identifying Windows and non-Windows files to limit that. It’s a little ugly because the default is true, so it’s backwards…you have to add the nonwindows=false property to the Windows files and windows=false to the non-Windows files. See IdP for samples.

Included windows/nonwindows flags to the executable files. Also included 'replace = true' to them.
