The idea being similar to mvn javadoc:javadoc of course its significantly more complicated because we are a plugin to the enforcer, not a first class MOJO.

So it looks like this become trivial if we recast the enforcer to be a fully blow MOJO rather than something which fits into the maven enforcer world.

This would of course require a completely different configuration mechanism so hmmmm.
