Inevitably there were differences in what I did in the IdP and what we did here for audit logging, so we should probably align things. Among other things, the formats should be closer, and I would probably dump the map-based custom format support and go with a single property like I did.

OK. As per the Slack conversation, I will commit this and move DuoOIDC to 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT but not look to release it unless anything urgent comes up to require it. This will then move forward toward IdP V5.0.0 compatibility and DuoOIDC V2.0.0.

I didn’t really see any reason not to wait for 5.0.0, I just wanted to track it.

A few logistical points. This moves the new version of DuoOIDC to a baseline of IdP 4.3.0 (which seems fine). Should I release this sooner than v2.0.0, as say V1.4.0.
