I stumbled on the fact that we have the idwsfconsumer library embedded as a dependency for the delegation code, but it's fallen out of step with our other V4 changes such as the parent POM, joda-time, etc.
We also don't have it in Jenkins.
I'd suggest we start converting some of it to get a 2.0.0-SNAP going, and we should get it added to the nightlies.
@Tom Zeller when you're back, can you spin up Jenkins jobs for it? I'll try and get it working for now as a snapshot using the latest parent POM so we can just do jobs for master.

This code remains godwawful but not much to be done about it I think.

Created idwsfconsumer and idwsfconsumer-multi jobs.
The idwsfconsumer job deploys a snapshot whenever the job is run, which is different from our nightly jobs, but hopefully will be sufficient for now.
