Remove legacy name spaces from custom Attribute filter and resolver

We need to strip away the support for basic: saml: dc: enc: pc: ad: from the attribute filter and attribute resolver parsers.

By the time 3.3 ships these will all be issuing warnings.

Note that stripping pc: will also mean removing the net.shibboleth.idp.saml.attribute.principalconnector.impl package.
