Should be getting close to resolving this issue now that the maven-antrun-plugin is not being used more than once in the idp-distribution effective POM.

Maybe should create a separate issue, but the IdP installer bin/install.sh is no longer executable when the sign-snapshots profile is active.

Looks like the maven-antrun-plugin in the idp-distribution POM runs make-files-in-bin-exectuable too late.

Deployed signed snapshots for java-shib-shared-v9-nightly look good.

Will work on updating other job configs.

Attempted to sign snapshots for java-shib-shared-v9-nightly but the parent POM version needs to be unlocked in order to provide the new sign-snapshots profile.

Looks like several changes will need to be made to each -nightly job, of which there are many.

Would be good to discuss path forward after this initial PoC.
