Implemented metadata node processing MetadataFilter and plugins for EntitiesDescriptor @Name and shibmd:KeyAuthority processing. Worked on porting from v2 the metadata-based PKIXValidationInformationResolver, need to fix up some dependency and Criterion duplication issues before can commit it.

Next up: Dynamic MetadataResolver(s).
