This is a feature release accompanying version 4.1 of the OP plugin and version 2.1 of the RP plugin. This version is compatible with IdP 5.0 and later.

3.0.1 (January 24, 2024)

This is a patch release of the shared OIDC library plugin. It cleans up a few internal issues with the plugin’s build configuration post V3.0.0.

3.0.0 (September 14, 2023)

This is a feature release accompanying version 5.0.0 of Shibboleth IdP. This version is not compatible with the previous versions of IdP.

2.2.1 (June 13th, 2023)

This is a patch release of the shared OIDC library plugin. It contains two fixes:

1. Allow the shared OP and RP ForceAuthnAuditExtractor (%fauth) to extract the forced authentication flag from either an RP-specific outbound authentication request or an OP-specific inbound authentication request.

   1. V3.4.0 of the OP and V2.2.0 of oidc-common would throw a class cast exception if the %fauth audit extractor was used

2. Completed the decode function of the OIDCScopedStringAttributeTranscoder. Allowing the use of an OIDCScopedStringTranscoder for the RP.
