Some work on Attribute Filtering design - AttributeInMetadata  & contextual integrity

Bug involving file descriptor inheritance fixed, "final" builds for Windows posted for testing. Rod will test some next week, I'm testing Server 2012 right now to formally add that to the supported versions list.

Will prep Linux packages for testing today.

Release will be June 18th.

Next TODOs: Finish the confluence upgrade, get back to working on storage API. Have started looking at Marvin's github example code, still thinking about how to use the annotation concept alongside or in place of some of what's there now. I did collapse the API methods to get rid of the string vs. text distinction.

Attribute filter refactoring : MatchFunctor -> Matcher and "filtering" -> "filter".
