Worked all week reviewing the existing authentication packages, and working on some changes. Multiple refactorings are likely while I work through options. I am maintaining design information at Authentication and Session Management.

So far I've made some preliminary changes to the context classes, added the SubjectContext Brent and I discussed in DC, and begun thinking about how this will all fit together into a web flow. Also worked on an idea for exposing SAML AuthnContext handling via Java Principals so that workflow IDs don't have to match context class refs.
