The plugin modules in support of IIS are always installed. You will have the option to If IIS itself is installed you will be prompted "Configure IIS7 module?". Check this box to actually configure Shibboleth to run with IIS, though in practice this is now a simple matter of couple of commands anyway. can be done with two command.
