RHEL 8.5 / Rocky 8.5 ship with Red Hat's Java 17 distribution, as well as the Java 8 and Java 11 provided in earlier versions.
We should install this alongside the other JDKs on our RHEL/Rocky 8 Jenkins instances to allow testing this combination as a regular part of our -multi jobs.
