This is done. Small chance we might have a failing flow test because of the additional SAML 1 rule, will monitor for that, but it’s expected if it happens. The rest of the changes were translation updates.

We’ve copied out the i18n files, including this one, to the java-idp-translations project. I’ll review but don’t see any good reason not to pull in the V5 schac file.
I don’t feel comfortable doing this so I’ll ask Scot to look.
